Riley Bow

A standard sized hair bow made with 3 inch grosgrain ribbon and heat transfer vinyl. The vinyl is black glitter with {iridescent or silver} hot fix rhinestones on ribbon, and the bow has a rhinestone center. It is on a ponytail holder to be worn in the hair.
